Falcons announce changes to scouting and coaching staff for upcoming season

The Atlanta Falcons have announced several updates to their scouting and coaching departments, including promotions, new hires, and additions through the Bill Walsh Diversity Fellowship and training camp assistant programs.

James McClintock has been promoted to area scout after three seasons in Atlanta’s scouting department. He previously served as a scouting assistant and BLESTO scout. Before joining the Falcons, McClintock worked in player personnel at Auburn University, was a graduate assistant at Liberty University, and a recruiting analyst at the University of North Carolina.

Cami Pasqualoni has been named personnel and coaching assistant. She joined the Falcons’ personnel department in 2024 as a scouting assistant after working as a recruiting intern for Syracuse football for two seasons.

Kevin Weisman is now football administration and personnel assistant. He spent last season as a scouting assistant for Atlanta following two years in New York City working with various organizations while pursuing his law degree at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Weisman is also a former player personnel assistant at the University of Georgia during its 2021 College Football Playoff championship season.

Among new hires, Alex Brown joins as BLESTO scout. Brown most recently served as director of player personnel at Ole Miss and held previous roles at SMU, Rice, Houston, and Optimum Scouting.

Kevin Melore becomes scouting assistant after serving as senior personnel assistant at Texas during the 2024 season. He graduated from Pace University’s Lubin Business School with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Aaron Williams has been hired as physical therapist, bringing nine years of experience in physical therapy and rehabilitation from positions at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Virginia Commonwealth University, iPerformance Center in Pensacola, Fla., St. Joseph’s John Knox Village, and other locations.

Several individuals join through fellowships or as training camp assistants:

– Shaunessy Fisk: Scouting training camp assistant; currently a graduate assistant at Boise State.
– Jarred Gray: Bill Walsh Diversity Fellow (Training Camp); currently defensive analyst/senior personnel analyst at Texas.
– Erik Harris: Bill Walsh Diversity Fellow (Offseason Program); special teams coordinator at Gulf Breeze High School with eight seasons playing defensive back in the NFL.
– Jalen Harris: Bill Walsh Diversity Fellow (Offseason Program and Training Camp); player development coordinator/assistant wide receivers coach at Georgia.
– Jordan Young: Scouting training camp assistant; former defensive quality control coach at Old Dominion who also played linebacker there before spending time with professional teams including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
