The Atlanta Falcons have announced the dates for three games in which they will wear their throwback uniforms during the 2025 regular season. All of these games are scheduled to be played under prime-time lights.
The first appearance of the throwback uniforms will be on October 13, when the Falcons face off against the Buffalo Bills. This Week 6 game is set to begin at 7:15 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on ESPN. It marks the team’s second prime-time slot of the season but their first home game in this category.
In December, the Falcons will don their throwback uniforms twice more. On December 11, they will wear them on the road against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during a Week 15 Thursday night matchup available on Amazon Prime. The final appearance of these uniforms for the season will be at home on December 29 against the Los Angeles Rams in a Week 17 “Monday Night Football” game.
During last year’s season, the Falcons had success wearing their throwback uniforms, winning all three games in which they wore them. They defeated the New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (in overtime), and New York Giants.
