On Saturday, May 17, former George Walton Academy standout Taylor Tinsley’s current collegiate team the UCLA Bruins won 10-0 against the San Diego State Aztecs in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.
The game took place at Easton Stadium at 2 p.m. and was the first matchup against the San Diego State Aztecs in the tournament.
The UCLA Bruins’ next game will take place on Sunday, May 18 at 4:35 p.m. at Easton Stadium.
The Atlanta Falcons have signed rookie linebacker Harold Perkins Jr., drafted from LSU with their sixth-round pick. Head coach Kevin Stefanski highlighted Perkins’ versatility across defensive roles as well as special teams potential.
