City of Covington issued the following announcement on Sept. 28.
The company who provides the City of Covington's phone service is currently experiencing a routing problem but is actively working with the routing carrier to resolve this issue. On our end, this problem is causing calls to be dropped or incoming calls are not coming in. We appreciate your patience as our provider works to resolve the issue.
