City of McDonough issued the following announcement on March 15
For the past 9 years, Greenwood Productions welcome the most outstanding young women from across the state of Georgia to the City of McDonough. “The local organizing committee and wonderful businesses and people of McDonough have become like family” says Kimberly Greenwood, Executive Director to Greenwood Productions, in a letter that she wrote to Mayor Sandra Vincent.
Fun Fact: The Miss Georgia USA pageant is celebrating its 71st year and falls under the Miss USA and Miss Universe umbrella. Miss Universe is a global, inclusive organization that celebrates women of all cultures and backgrounds and empowers them to realize their goals through experiences that build self- confidence and create opportunities for success.
