This leadership training program was developed with input from local employers to help support current, new, and future supervisors, managers, and leaders. Participants will be directed to work with their supervisors to select and complete a capstone project that will be briefly presented on the last day and may also be considered for future implementation. 1) Being a Likable Boss; 2) Personal Productivity; 3) Office Politics for Managers; 4) Leadership and Influence; 5) High Performance Teams Within an Organization; 6) Servant Leadership; 7) Trust Building and Resilience; 8) Emotional Intelligence at Work; 9) Supervising Others; 10) Accountability in the Workplace; 11) Presentation of Capstone Projects; 12) Certificates of Completion.
