Adam Macko of the Blue Jays has been a standout at Double-A New Hampshire with a 3.08 ERA and 49 strikeouts over his last seven starts. The Orioles' Seth Johnson, after recovering from Tommy John surgery, has posted a 1.31 ERA in Double-A and may soon move to Triple-A.
