The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Kwanza Hall, Kwanza Hall for Congress, Inc., refunded $2,500 to Jamela Byron on September 28, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Kwanza Hall for Congress, Inc. refunded $3,000 total since April 1.
