City of Covington issued the following announcement on Aug. 20
The purpose of Youth Government is to provide a means for the high school youth of Newton County to learn about government, participate in the process, and to represent and articulate the needs of the community’s youth.

Applications are due by Friday, August 20, 2021. You must be a high school aged (9th - 12th grade) student and live in Newton County. Submit your completed application to djwaller@cityofcovington.org
or to the address on the below flyer.
