Predicted adverse weather conditions from Hurricane Ian sparked concern for the 28th annual Friendship Festival originally set for Oct. 1. Therefore, the festival was rescheduled for Saturday, Oct. 29, from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. in Downtown Social Circle.
