RCPS Literacy and World Language teams partner with Phoenix Pass to host a Literacy Pop-Up to promote literacy for all ages. We encourage everyone to join in the fun! While you run, walk, or stroll, make sure to pick up your free Literacy Bags at the annual Frosty 5K event for Phoenix Pass, a transitional housing program for women and children.
