On March 27, 2025, Collins posted a brief commentary aligning the symbolism of ninja swords with racial connotations, stating, "Just Ninja swords? Seems racist."

Later that day, referencing a visit to Alabama, Collins tweeted about a meeting with Rep. Dale Strong, expressing intent to investigate regional infrastructure issues. He stated, "Touchdown in Huntsville, AL. Time to meet with my friend @RepDaleStrong and get to the bottom of what’s going on at the Wilson Lock and Dam."

On March 28, 2025, Collins took a reflective moment to commemorate President Dwight D. Eisenhower on the anniversary of his passing in 1969. Collins acknowledged Eisenhower's leadership in World War II and his presidential legacy, tweeting, "On #ThisDayInHistory in 1969, President Dwight D. Eisenhower, the 34th U.S. president and a World War II general, died at 78. Born in Texas, he graduated from West Point and rose through the military ranks. During World War II, he led Allied forces in the D-Day invasion of."
