Of the 2,172 people living in Indian Springs in 2020, 53.5 percent (1,161) were women and 46.5 percent (1,011) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Atlanta News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 122. In the 65 and over age range, there were 156 females and 84 males.
