Rep. Mike Collins, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Georgia's 10th district, has shared his views on recent political developments through a series of tweets. Born in Jackson, Georgia, and a graduate of Georgia State University, Collins succeeded Jody Hice in 2023.

On March 16, 2025, Rep. Collins compared inflation rates under different administrations: "Biden's last inflation report was annualized at 5.7%. Trump's FIRST inflation report is annualized at 2.4%. America is healing, folks."

Later that day, he expressed optimism about the country's direction: "I hope everyone is having a good weekend and likes the direction our country is heading."

In another tweet on the same date, Rep. Collins criticized immigration policies under Democratic leadership: "It’s ridiculous that a Democratic president can import violent gang members, but a Republican president can’t deport them."
