There were 532 seventh grade students enrolled in Butts County schools in the 2022-23 school year, 4.7% more than the previous year, according to reports from the Georgia Department of Education.

Henderson Middle School was the only school in the county during the 2022-23 school year.

Within Butts County schools, the highest student count was found in ninth grade, with the smallest class sizes seen in sixth grade.

Statewide, Butts County ranked 80th in enrollment numbers, with a total of 6,735 students enrolled in the 2022-23 school year. It was ranked 83rd the year before.
